I found a great tool online that has helped my business out temendously. The tool helped me create my very own retail business plan. Since writing the plan, my business has grown quite a bit. Because of the plan, I know exactly what I need to do on a daily basis in order to get the results that I want. I am really excited about my future now, because I know how to reach my goals now. I know that when my sales are down that I need to run some type of promotion in order to get them back up to where I need them to be.
