Finding the Perfect House in Miami

I was so happy last weekend when my husband and I finally found a house that we both wanted to buy. Last month we moved to Miami, because my husband got a new job there working for a company that provides seo services. We are currently renting a very small apartment. Now that we found a house that we want to buy, we just have to wait for our mortgage to be approved. I really like the house we found, because it is a small single story home with a swimming pool. My husband said that if we get the house he would like to add an addition onto it someday.
