I bought a connection with 3 Mobile coverage

I bought a connection with 3 Mobile coverage and submitted documents after 2 days my number got activated. Now they sent me message that your documents are incomplete please submit your documents again. So i went to 3 Mobile store with the same documents but they said that I am outsider so I need to submit a local ID proof and signed by the person on the application form. and after 1 day they stopped services of my number. My number was deactivated for 9 days because of my office work. I was not getting time to go 3 Mobile store. I would recommend 3 Mobile but its customer service is very bad. .
