When a real estate agent is talking to a potential client about what they’re looking for in a new house, the details are important. That’s why doing phone recording of their interviews is important. They should ask first if it’s okay to record the phone call, but most people would probably appreciate the effort. That says to them that this agent actually cares what I want. You know that they want to get it right because they’re going to record the phone call. Buying a new house is stressful enough without having to deal with an agent that just doesn’t seem to listen and know what you want. So getting a phone recording gadget will do wonders both for the agent and the client.

Orange’s coverage is great and I have travelled up and down the country to weird and wonderful places and I always seem to have a connection. Ok so its not the cheapest but it just works and does what it says on the tin. Roaming is fantastic having parents who live in Wiltshire and doing a fair amount of travelling in Ballymoney and I seem to have connection in most locations as it just simple switches from one network to another. Orange is great has worked well for me and has saved me on many occasions when everyone else on the crew has had no coverage and that is priceless.

Does anybody know how to text properly when you are drunk? No matter how many times I try the coherency of my messages are terrible. Even when I just have a few the messages come out as complete drivel. The thing is I get messages from people that have been out drinking all the time and theirs are thoroughly understandable. Is there a way to learn this art because if so I would pay for lessons as it would make my life much easier with the girlfriend who is never impressed with my messages that imply I am semi conscious in the gutter somewhere!

Street basketball competion in Lithuania

Being a fan of street basketball, I recently travelled to Lithuania to try competing on a more intense level in this sport. I didn’t do so well, losing all my matches and not being able to do any slam-dunks. But I didn’t feel like a loser, because other basketballers gave me this link for guiding me to great online content. So when feeling down, I could watch the best slam dunks by my favourite player Dennis Rodman. Maybe next time when I make my first come-back, I should consider dyeing my hair, that would definitely make me a strong force like tornado.

My brother was telling me about all of the things he wanted to add to his phone. He was really worried about how much just a couple of them would cost him to add. I asked him why he didn’t just download them online. He asked me if he could get them for free. I showed him the site that I use for all of my free mobile downloads. He thanked me and went to his computer to start looking through them. I am sure he can find all of them that he wants on that site. They have a great selection.

Flip phones look great

I have purchased this flip phone last week. What I love about this  LG Viewty Lite  phone is that it’s so slim and thin while being a flip phone at the same time. I think there’s just something about flip phones that makes them look graceful, like when answering a call and when finishing one. This is our first flip phone and we will never go back to any other type of phone. I use it every day for business and personal use. We both enjoy the MotoBlur feature and the flip Market vastly. True, there are some things that  LG Viewty Lite  could improve on, such as the battery life and perhaps a more in-depth user-guide, but overall, this is an exceptional device and a great personal device.
