A Mansion of Misfortune
October 14, 2010 on 4:17 am | By admin | In Real Estate
There was this mansion for sale in the heart of our town plaza. This had attracted a lot of people in the area because this mansion was owned by an unfortunate family. This family used to be one of the most affluent in the town but it was a big surprise for the people there because little by little all the children became crazy. There were five siblings. One by one the couple’s children became insane we did not know why. Another thing was that, the children are all beautiful and intelligent. Neighbors said that too much intelligence caused this misfortune in their life. Only the mother remained in her normal state of mind. She was the one taking good care of the teenage children of hers. Their mansion has been sold for so long but no buyer comes around to buy the property.

October 12, 2010 on 4:34 am | By admin | In Real EstateYour responsibilities as tenants whether on your own or in a share accommodation situation are set out below. Bear in mind that the following is a fact sheet from the RTA Qld, however, it is similar throughout Australia.
Tenant’s Responsibilities .. pay the rent on time and in the way outlined in the tenancy agreement. Abide by the terms of the tenancy agreement e.g. not have pets or bring other people in to live without firstly asking permission of the lessor/agent; Keep the place reasonably clean; Prevent damage to the premises. The tenant should not intentionally, maliciously or negligently damage the premises or allow guests or visitors to cause damage. The tenant should leave the premises in the same state it was in when they moved in, as detailed in the Entry Condition Report (Form 1a), excluding fair wear and tear. The tenant must notify the lessor/agent of any damage as soon as possible; Use the premises for legal purposes only; Respect neighbours’ rights by not causing or permitting a nuisance or interfering with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of neighbours; and Seek approval for any change in the tenants or number of people living in the premises.

She is behind with payments and she needs some help quickly to get her back on track ASAP.
Her mortgage provider have said that her home may be repossessed if she does not clear the mortgage arears in the next 6 weeks. She has spoken to the CAB – but they havent really be able to help her.
She would also consider selling her house quickly to clear the mortgage and then she can go and rent elsewhere in the town centre.
She is currently living in Warrington and needs some local repossession advice to see what her options are ASAP.
She is really worried that her property is going to be repossessed and needs some serious professional advice.

Why you should be using a free MLS search
October 1, 2010 on 3:00 pm | By admin | In Real EstateIf you are in the housing market or just thinking of buying a home, then there are certain tools and sources of information that may prove valuable to you. An experienced real estate agent in your area is one of them. Another is finding a website that provides a birds eye view of your local real estate market. Most serious agents have very informative websites with all sorts of tools like mortgage or payment calculators as well as free access to an mls search. The mls is the listing service that realtors use to see exactly what is on the market along with the pricing and features of the properties. Spending some time getting familiar with your area of interest can pay big dividends later when viewing properties and determining an offer for the home you choose.
