Something for teenagers at top Dubai hotels

December 16, 2009 on 3:24 am | By | In Travel

It’s always nice to go away on a family holiday and have everyone together, enjoying some quality time away from the hassles of home life. The trouble comes when you’ve got teenagers and they’re at that awkward age where they don’t want to be with you but they can’t go away alone. I’m speaking from experience here, of course, so it was a relief to find the solution at one of the top Dubai hotels recently. They’ve dedicated part of the resort to teenagers specifically so that they can socialise, play games, go on the internet etc without parents or younger kids getting in the way. The younger children have two other clubs they can take part in. It seems a really good approach.

A Humbling Experience

December 16, 2009 on 3:14 am | By | In Travel

My wife Betty and I had a blast scuba diving French Polynesia for the first time.  We learned a great deal about a world that we never really knew a great deal about in the first place.  Being underwater really changed my perspective on living on dry land.  I mean, there is a whole world out there of which I know nothing about and that world is a lot bigger than the world in which I exist each and every day.  So, I just have to say that the service that Dive Time provides is more than what it advertises.  It is a very humbling experience that everyone should experience.

What Cities Are There Sports Tours To?

I have been playing soccer for about a year and a half.  I have met a lot of nice kids that love playing just like I do.  When I went into school today our soccer team was called into the lunch room for a meeting.  They always use the lunch room because of its size and we can all fit in there for meetings.  We were all surprised to find out that our team has been chosen to participate in a sports tours for soccer.  We just have some paper work to take home for our parents to fill out.  We are all so exciting that we are going to get this chance to learn from the best team there is.

Celebrity travel

December 3, 2009 on 12:20 pm | By | In Travel

Listening to music this morning, I thought, ” there are SO many celebrities that travel the globe as a lifestyle…?…”, and it comes out in their music and interviews; the one thing that the average human being can’t do is tell stories about places they have never been in music or otherwise.  The reason being, just like anything else, you have to be there to experience “it”.  So just dreaming about places like Hawaii or France don’t and can’t give you that experienced vision in your mind and that faint scent you remember when you think of that place you have been.  Now, dreaming is great, that is how most of us get where we want to go, but wouldn’t it be great to somehow have that become a reality?  What works for me is incentive travel, low cost, easy to use, and most of the time you get some free things out of it. Think about it.

Vacation in Perth Hotels

November 28, 2009 on 9:30 pm | By | In Travel

There are numerous vacation destinations around the world but Australia stands out as one of the top places to visit.  I have never been myself, I live in Hawaii, and it is hard to get off of this island.  The country is vast and large so there are many places to visit within the country.  Perth is a great vacation spot and I understand the perth hotels to be a very good experience.  As soon as we move from here I plan to set up a trip to Australia and I believe Perth will be a town we will be sure to visit.

Celebrate with a Cruise

November 26, 2009 on 3:22 am | By | In Travel

Getting my Bachelor’s in college for the last nine years has been quite exhausting and time consuming.  The inability to just relax and take a break because of all the papers and projects due has taken a strain on my life.  Graduation is coming up and I plan to utilize my free time to the fullest.  Caribbean cruise deals are around everywhere and would help to melt away my stress.  I am going to use this as an opportunity to celebrate my achievement and enjoy the people around me.  This trip and vacation will have memories that will last me a lifetime.
