Should we Outsource?

Have you ever wondered who was on the other end of that customer service or help desk line? Well, a lot of people wonder who they are talking to and where they are located. Well the fact of the matter is that most of our customer service jobs are being outsourced. Many companies have Outsource Remote Helpdesk. That why there is a huge language barrier between many countries. Its difficult to understand someone that is not from around here. The first thing that most people do is to wait it out and see what happens, but this is not the case.
