Supermarket headache

Sometimes people get unexplained headaches and have reason to pose the innocent question ‘just what causes a headache?’. However in my case I know exactly what the problem is. I work on a supermarket check out for eight hours a day and all I can hear is the constant bleep bleep bleep as I scan people’s items through the till. Sometimes I just sit there and imagine it as my life support machine and hope that when the bleeping stops that I slip off into an endless sleep as this would surely beat working another week of my miserable life at Tesco!
