Cap Pro Style Dumbbells For My Sister’s Day

She is very athletic, and she is a member of the basketball varsity in her school. My dad gave her Cap pro style dumbbells, and she really likes it. I cannot really understand why she likes it because I am not the athletic type of person. I do not even know how to shoot a ball, and I am very afraid that I would get hit by a ball. Well, if my sister likes her gift, then I cannot complain. It is her birthday after all.
