Push Up Workout Variety

When thinking of exercise most people tend to cringe at the thought of muscle pain paired with repetition, perspiration, and endurance. However, the common misconception is that exercise must be the same at every step, mountain and river and that is not the case. With push up workouts being a prime example, there are several different ways that can make the exercise interesting and different at various intervals. Variations including the diamond push up, the fist push up, as well as elevated push up, will not only spice up the routine but also promote difference muscles being utilized and receiving the necessary attention needed to be worked on.
