I did not want to have to pay too many fees just to access my own money. My best friend told me about a great deal that she got on a prepaid credit card recently and said that I should look into it. She gave me the phone number an I called them and we went over the requirements and fees and it really was a good deal. I decided to go ahead and apply and they approved me right away pending my deposit.
