My Experiences: My Day Out at Silverstone

It was a present from my wife – a day racing with other inexperienced punters just like me. I really enjoyed racing in the old-style Formula 3 cars the most. We had lap times, positions, everything – just like a real race.
It was clear Silverstone were also preparing for the big Formula 1 race a few weeks ahead, what with all the heavy duty gazebos put up in preparation for the hundreds of thousands of spectators – so that gave it an extra special feel to the day knowing F1 stars would be racing here too.
