Received A Reminder From My Nashville Power Washing Company

My power washing Nashville company that I have used for years just sent me a reminder that my house needs to be cleaned again. I guess that it has been three years since the last time they did it and in order for it to stay looking clean, they recommend that I have it done. I trust this power washing Nashville company so I already called and told them to just schedule me in and do it at their earliest convenience. I do not want to go back to before when I had mold and mildew growing on my house. That was about ten years ago and they helped me get rid of it.
