Getting Legal Help

I was in an awful car accident a few months ago. I have not had much time to do anything than work on getting better for awhile. Now that I am feeling better I am starting to look at the financial situation that I am in. The medical bills are starting to eat me alive. The person that caused the accident did not have car insurance, so I have been left with paying for everything myself. I am now thinking about getting a walnut creek attorney to help me out. I think that there may be something legally that I can do.
