Tazoodle, was formed in 2009. The advisory board comprises of a number individuals experienced in accounting, programming and business development. The company is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Tazoodle is a very large project.

In Tazoodle no real money will be used, earned or paid during the beta testing phase. Each tester will be granted a fixed number of display credits. Each tester will add their advertised banner or website information in their own account. When beta testing is ready to begin, pre-launch advertisers will receive an email containing a web address URL to a special log in page. The beta testing begin date has not been determined.
