Looking at Three Different House in One Day

Last Friday my husband and I met with a realtor to see three different houses. We are thinking about using one of the Arizona VA loans to buy a house if we find one that we really love. The first house we saw was well below are budget, but it needed a lot of work. My husband really liked the house and said that he could easily do the work that needed done. The second house we saw neither my one of us liked. The third house we saw we both loved, but it as well above our budget. We decided not to even consider the third house since it was out of our price range.
