Speeches Becoming Popular

It is becoming more common for brides to ask their fathers to give Father Of The Bride Speeches at their wedding reception. I think this is a great idea, because it gives the father a chance to express his feelings in front of everyone. It makes a good memory for the bride to cherish for the rest of her life. When my father spoke at my wedding, it was an emotional time for both of us, but I am so glad that I have that to look back on. He said so many things that I knew he was feeling, but I had never heard him say in words.
