Folding Tables Came In Handy On My Son’s Birthday Party
March 10, 2010 on 7:59 am | By admin | In Shopping and Product ReviewsIt was my son’s 7th birthday last weekend and I was just delighted that everything went smoothly. I was worried that there wouldn’t be enough seating and table space with over 25 people showing up for the party.
I wasn’t about to cut corners and let this party go by without putting up a good setting for the party. Thus, we bought some reasonably priced furniture from ModernOfficeFurniture.com and had them deliver the folding tables to our house for free. We also went to buy some party table covers, napkins, paper plates, cups, forks and spoons for the food. My friend Liz, who happens to be a great cook, helped to cook up a few party plates of kid-friendly party food. The kids loved it and gobbled up the first round.
We also played a couple of children’s games to round off the whole party. All the kids enjoyed the games. The whole event brought a big bright smile to my son Daniel’s face and right then, I knew that the hard work was all worth it. It certainly helped that Daniel received a lot of presents too.
