Loss of Cell Phone Coverage

I recently just moved to a new area where I think that for the first time on over 3 years I will have to revert to having a home phone. I do not get very good coverage with my cell phone out here and I would rather not have the expense of getting a home number installed but I do not know what my other choices are. I have called the cell phone company but there is not a lot I can do or they can do for me. I have the best phone there is so I know that is not the problem.
