The article I read about real estate out of the country

My wife and I started investing together about 12 years ago and up till last year did very well. Just yesterday I was looking in my Wall Street Journal and it wasn’t a pretty picture. One of the things that I want to start doing is look into buying some real estate. Ironically on page A23 of the Wall Street Journal there was a big article on people buying Property in Berlin. I have never really considered owning property out of the country; however the article changed my mind quickly.
